This is a small man made lake originally formed to house big blocks of ice used in the olden days. Access is from Gardeners lane. From the a27 turn left just over the brow of the hill, next to the school field and then 1st right. Turn down the gravel track on the left and then the gate is just down on the right.
The pond contains a very good head of perch and roach, as well as ghost carp and crucians. It is seldom fished and the carp captures can be hard, but the sport is very rewarding.
